Independent comparisons
Nearly every voice AI and AI agent comparison you've already read was probably written by a vendor that ranks itself first. Ours follow a published methodology, applied the same way to every tool we test.
Before publishing any comparison, we publish the method: the criteria we use, how we test, what we can't evaluate without full access to a tool. It takes longer to build than an improvised ranking, but it's the only way our opinion is worth anything.
