Pillar 6
AI & models: what changes for your projects
Callbots, chatbots and AI agents don't improve on their own: they inherit the advances of the models running them. This pillar tracks AI news — new models, voice, agents, regulation, funding — and consistently translates what it actually changes for a business project.
A model release isn't abstract news when you run a callbot: latency cut in half, a synthetic voice that finally sounds natural, or a collapsing price per million tokens directly decide what becomes feasible, and at what cost. That cause-and-effect link is what we document, rather than the race to announce.
So we cover AI broadly — language models, speech recognition and synthesis, autonomous agents, the regulatory framework, the sector's economic moves — but always from the standpoint of someone who has to decide, buy or deploy. The question we ask of every story is the same: what does this change for your project, now or in six months?
This filter is deliberate: there are excellent generalist AI outlets. Our value isn't being first to repeat an announcement, but explaining which one warrants changing your plans.
